I got a bottle of "Immune Defense" by Nu Choice Nutrition when flu season was already in full swing. I was expecting to catch cold and that the Immune Defense product would help me recover sooner than usual. What I didn't expect was to avoid getting sick at all! The worst I experienced was a little congestion, which lasted a only a few days. The bottle is almost empty now so I've been using it for several weeks, and I like it.
