I noticed a change the day I started taking Life's Fortune Multi-Vitamin/Minerals. That's nothing new.
I've experienced it with other vitamins. For the first few days I was
able to go about my tasks with sufficient energy to complete them, plus
they didn't upset my stomach the way certain other vitamins have. After a
while I stopped noticing any change, and so decided to take a week off
from the vitamins. That entire week I was tired, tired, tired. I am now
convinced that these vitamins really do make a difference to my energy
and health, and I hope to continue taking them for a long, long while.

Review: Immune Defense
I got a bottle of "Immune Defense" by Nu Choice Nutrition when flu season was already in full swing. I was expecting to catch cold and that the Immune Defense product would help me recover sooner than usual. What I didn't expect was to avoid getting sick at all! The worst I experienced was a little congestion, which lasted a only a few days. The bottle is almost empty now so I've been using it for several weeks, and I like it. I was the only one in my household taking this, and the only one to avoid getting sick. I'd recommend this to anyone at all times of the year, not just during cold season. Thanks, Luke!
